Risks will be managed to prevent injury or illness by providing a safe workplace, safe systems of work, necessary safety equipment, employee training in safe operating procedures and enforcing safety rules

  • All Managers, Supervisors and coordinators are responsible for establishing and maintaining health and safety standards in their areas of control, using relevant Occupational Health and Safety legislation and Codes of Practice as per minimum standards.
  • Each employee is responsible for working in a safe manner, following safety rules and standard work procedures, participating in safety/communication meetings and identifying and correcting or reporting hazards. Every employee has a personal responsibility for safety performance.
